What an amazing day yesterday was, I'm pleased to say I managed to do the 10k and a PB for me! I also got to meet Liam from Love Island (if you know you know!) told him a bit about the amazing ValePlus and the fantastic work we do! He was so down to earth so thanks Liam! And the best news of all we hit the £600 target <3 Obviously we still have a way to go to afford a defibrillator but it's a great start! There is still time to donate if you haven't already (the link is below) and a huge huge thank you to everyone that has donated, it honestly means the world!
