Day Support Worker Role - Full time

We are currently seeking a full-time support worker to operate at both our Barry and Llantwit locations. A clean driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to the need for flexibility between the two sites. Previous experience in a day service or support worker role would be advantageous. Additionally, for the right candidate, there will be opportunities to take on responsibilities such as leading sessions and supervising other staff members during their absence, with this role being compensated at an enhanced rate.
