Food Vale & ValePlus

We want to say a HUGE Thank You to Food Vale for the grant.

We have some had some great cooking sessions in our centres. We've made lots of different food such as meatballs, kebabs and chicken and vegetable pasta, amongst other things!

 We've also been talking about eating a balanced diet as well as trying to eat a rainbow of different fruit and vegetables. We had a few sessions trying different coloured fruit and vegetables, we even tried things we haven't had before!
